I alternate hot and total cold showers, 40 seconds to one minute each. Few rounds of that feels much better afterwards. Sometimes there is no DOMS at all.

This is a proven method that will reduce DOMS, glutamine will help but is costs money and is less effective.
Think of it like this next time you get blown out, you just havent opened the girl thats going to go home with you that night yet.
Thanks for all the comments. Think it was the fact it was my first leg workout for a while and lack of nutrition and sleep after. (Was up until 6 a.m. in MOS the same day)
Did legs on Saturday again and feel far better this time. Legs still sore as fuck, but not that crippling pulled muscle sort of feeling.
It's not just the fact it hurts. That I can deal with. It's just really annoying walking around like a spaz for days on end and physically not been able to do stuff.
