Some of you cunts have seen me and know I'm a skinny guy. We're not talking anorexic, but it's slowly improving. I've been going to the gym at least 2/3 times a week lifting and doing alot of compound exercises. However the current issue I have is I'm not gaining weight quick enough due to my fast metabolism.
I weigh around 65kg and want to get another 10 kilos. What I wanted to ask you guys is: Has anyone tried it? Is drinking a gallon (4 litres) of milk a day worth it?(I'm also thinking starting a 1/2 a gallon as a gallon is alot).

I am curious why you want fast gains though? People who want that usually go for steroids, not that I think that's a good idea. I mean you are a sensible guy it seems from your posts, why not take your time, accept reality, and slowly build a body that you can sustain permanently?
