Some of you cunts have seen me and know I'm a skinny guy. We're not talking anorexic, but it's slowly improving. I've been going to the gym at least 2/3 times a week lifting and doing alot of compound exercises. However the current issue I have is I'm not gaining weight quick enough due to my fast metabolism.

I weigh around 65kg and want to get another 10 kilos. What I wanted to ask you guys is: Has anyone tried it? Is drinking a gallon (4 litres) of milk a day worth it?(I'm also thinking starting a 1/2 a gallon as a gallon is alot).

Yeah done it, put on a stone. Old school as fuck and it works. Don't do it for more than a month as it can fuck up your digestive system and the excess fat can make you, fat.

Blue top all the way and mix your protein in with it.

Well today I ate
3 croissants

Cornish pasty
Steak
2 medium jacket potatoes

Lasagne

7 glasses(250ml) of water
7 glasses(250ml) of milk

Every day is different I usually have around 90-110 grams of protein.

Have you tried having 2-3 protein shakes per day mixed with milk and not water?

it depends on what u want to do. If you are skinny. just eat ANYTHING.

because you are naturally prone to fat burning provided its not trans fats just cram as much food in ur face as you can and train hard.

I was going to re-type a great long thing about what's wrong with your diet, but you didn't ask for that so I'll stfu with my food opinions xD

I am curious why you want fast gains though? People who want that usually go for steroids, not that I think that's a good idea. I mean you are a sensible guy it seems from your posts, why not take your time, accept reality, and slowly build a body that you can sustain permanently?
