I was awaiting your post, if you get the time go ahead and rewrite it.
I gain weight pretty slowly in fact I've been working out for about 2 months now probably missing all together 2/2.5 weeks sessions due to being away from my gym due to injury(like now(sprained wrist playing football)) or job interviews away from home.
I was on 10 stone when I started and it hasn't moved at all even though I am looking slightly bigger.
Due to not having a choice of meals every day GOMAD is sort of like a supplement to me, to reach the nutrients I need.
On top of that, from what I've read it increases strength and weight faster than normal.
I just puts my dick in the hole, whoever sucks is not my concern. - MarkUK
