Can I get confirmation of numbers here please to ensure enough seating is put out to accommodate all those who wish to attend, just say 'I'm in' if you're 100% in.
With regards to accommodation hotel rooms will average about £60-70 per room per night during the week. For cheap accommodation try 'Travel Lodge' Cheltenham or 'The Big Sleep' Cheltenham. The hotel where we will be meeting will charge around £80 per night if there are vacancies. There are plenty of B&Bs dotted about the town, google these. I've spoken to Daz aka Tetris who is the main organiser of the event and he says 1 or 2 guys who live locally in Cheltenham will be able to accommodate some of you. PM me if you would like his number.

I may stay there, and go down thur afternoon, if anyone wants to train it down ad stay there let me know Maybe even see Cheltenham during the day on the thur

RIght... who needs a lift. I will start from Bristol and work my wway up to Cheltenham. I will be coming home that night so lifts back are more than welcome. Anywhere up the M5 and back is my route so if you're near that let me know (room for 4 in the car)

The 'Big South-west meet-up' will take place on; July 8th @ 7pm Venue: Willoughby House Hotel 1 Suffolk Square Cheltenham GL50 2DR Cost £4 per person to cover cost of venue and drinks/snacks. @Monkeybuster anytime after 6pm ok???
