With regards to accommodation hotel rooms will average about £60-70 per room per night during the week.

For cheap accommodation try 'Travel Lodge' Cheltenham or 'The Big Sleep' Cheltenham. The hotel where we will be meeting will charge around £80 per night if there are vacancies. There are plenty of B&Bs dotted about the town, google these.

I've spoken to Daz aka Tetris who is the main organiser of the event and he says 1 or 2 guys who live locally in Cheltenham will be able to accommodate some of you. PM me if you would like his number.
