ok, so what part do you want to know about first!!!??

first i should start by saying, that im writing this, directly after coming home from the night out... its fresh!

I'm first of all gutted.... gutted because im supposed to be in Orlando right now, but thanks to a certain Icelandic Volcano... I'm not... im stuck here in Sunny Hertfordshire!

Girl ive seen once before, introduced by a mutual friend... veyr cute girl a 8.5 i'd say. She and myself chatted casually about stuff the first time i met.. i really wasnt in sarge mode, i was drunk and celebrating a professional acheivement so wasnt really paying attention. However i saw her again tonight and started talking to her... she was really chatty and i got a god vibe from her... she was aksing me about flying, so i told her about what its all about and she asekd if i could ever take her flying on a lesson, so i said 'sure, give me your number we'll sort out a trial lessonf or you' .... Of course im not a certified flight instructor, but i can take passengers up by renting a private aircraft, to the same effect.... so thats what i'll do!

Anyways, awkward Situation...

Different Girl. Former F=Close. I originally picked her up on New Years using the famed Custard Routine... i then wen ton about 5 or 6 dates with her, before getting the F-Close. went out with ehr cummore and got 2nd F-Close. By this time we were totally cool, just hanging out, shed cook for me, we'd watch movies, have sex.. was ideal....

Anyways after one movie-cooking date, she just ranodmly stopped showing ANY interets in me (about 3-4 weeks ago now)... i didnt think much of it as i had other options but... it occured to me tonight when i saw her....

...after a perfectly normal date-in at hers... movie, she cooked for me, some fooling around, i said goodnight and farewell, and then never heard from her....

.... wierd as i cant seem to find the catalyst for this.... she just overnight, somehow decided against doing anything else... i text her a couple of times... and got literally the most bare reply... and facebook she seemed really vacant.... i let it go....


....then i saw her tonight....


...great thing was, she was with my mate!!! (casual/occasional mate... but a nice guy) and i saw him at the bar got chatting to him about the regular... football etc, then she turned around with a drink for the two of them....

....my autopilot was engaged then, in an instant i relaised the situation and knew there was only one course of action (MAINTIAN VALUE) so i was like 'oooh hiiii Kim' very upbeat, very alpha smile on my face whilst i had my arm round the guy... making sure she knew we were good mates... anyways, i said 'how are you, not seen you in aages' with a quite happy enthusiastic tone to my voice.... and she shrugged at me 'erm.... ok' with a raise of the eyebrowse as she turned back to her other female friend (who is cool with me)

Anyways, that was the interaction... i just find it wierd, cant really fathom where her sudden hostility came from, and even though im not particularly missing her in any way... im just so intrigued to know what suddenly made her change her mind that one random night!!????

Kind of want to know for my development value... if i did sumthin wrong... then i want to know so i can correct it!!??

im speculating... perhaps it could jsut be one of those things!!?? although its weird, she went form keen to nothing overnight... was strange...

im assuming from the interaction, they only just met a few moments prior to that....

As for the girl who suddenly went cold, there could be any myriad of reasons why, and the best I could offer would be a guess. But it sounds like you both had a developing relationship, which was developing pretty quickly... Perhaps she suddenly got cold feet simply through how quickly everything was moving?

Either way, she's a shit for not telling you. If that was the reason, then fine - its legitimate and acceptable, if not entirely pleasing. But there wouldn't be anything wrong with her saying 'Pic, I think we should break it off... I'm not ready for anything massive right now, and you're a lovely guy, and your flight skills are second to none - you're even better than Biggles - but I just can't get too involved with anyone right now.'

...or something.

done it, got no reply from her.... im guessing you're probably right, not everyone is up for taking a bit of responsibility when it comes to shutting things down... and id be lying if i said id never done that myself...

Regarding..... ASK HER! OK, she hasn't returned your text / voicemail / carrier pigeon message.

It was a missed opportunity on the night to ask her face-to-face.... Isolate her (even just say to her female friend "hey do you mind if I talk just with Kim for a few minutes?") and ask her in an off-hand non-confrontational (i.e. not a theme of it's HER fault / why did SHE not reply to MY calls and messages) cheery way like,
"hey Kim, it's good to see you again... [chat, rapport, etc]... hey what happened with us? I thought we have a good time when together, but we haven't heard from each other from a while."
