Regarding..... ASK HER! OK, she hasn't returned your text / voicemail / carrier pigeon message.
It was a missed opportunity on the night to
ask her face-to-face.... Isolate her (even just say to her female friend "hey do you mind if I talk just with Kim for a few minutes?") and ask her in an off-hand non-confrontational (i.e. not a theme of it's HER fault / why did SHE not reply to MY calls and messages) cheery way like,
"hey Kim, it's good to see you again... [chat, rapport, etc]... hey what happened with us? I thought we have a good time when together, but we haven't heard from each other from a while."
