AA is just an excuse, most guys have it on some level but it depends if you listen to it or not.

Its a great idea and post though.

Whereas you will make excuses not to approach, AA can't be described as an excuse. It's more a fear, fear of rejection and more broadly fear of damage to your ego.

Approach a lot and this fear lessens.

The only way to get rid of AA is to do a lot of cold approaches. There is no other way around it really. AA stems from a fear of being strongly blown out i.e. fear that a girl will yell at you. That rarely happens though but when it does it can really knock someones confidence and bring back strong AA even after they thought they got rid of it.

The best thing I have found for when you get strongly blown out by a woman is to try to keep approaching until you get a really good response from a woman again. Then that good response boosts your confidence again.

Fear is only repressed. You don't get rid of fear.

I'm not getting the same level of intensity (feeling my chest is in a vice) so much as I did at first. But it's more insidious as it's evolved into daft excuses (she looks bitchy) and procrastination (I'll approach later). It helps to have a wing to just push you forward at the crucial moment when your swithering.
