Default Lack of sex drive - 06-08-2011, 10:10 PM

Anyone experienced this before? How long did it last? How did it come back?

I'm 21 now, and I just can't be assed with sex, just never feel in the mood really..

I do watch a bit of porn every now n again but not excessively

Do you work out or run at all ? I find when I don't workout for a bit I seem to tapper off and not be interested really. But when I've been running good and working hard at the gym, I wanna pop one off in every chick I look at

I did stop working out for couple weeks.. so it could be that,

I went gym other day did weights but haven;t done cardio for like 3 or 4 weeks now.. Maybe its that.. I shall start some more cardio and weights and see how I get on...

Could be a number of things Alpha: lack of testosterone, lack of sleep, not eating right.

But, varying your workout routine will probably help.

How can I narrow this down?

Changes in my lifestyle as of late have been, playing COD Black ops a lot lately, doing weights but not cardio in the gym, eating fairly healthy, have indulged in the odd energy drink and maccies when out with friends but not overly much..

It's trial and error to find out what it is. I reckon in your case it is either the cardio or too much COD (either not having the physical tiredness/energy after a workout or mental tiredness).

It ebbs and flows for everyone, with the possible exception of Reflex! I wouldn't worry. Although it's more common in winter, summer tends to make me horny as hell. If it goes on too long, remember that the body works on a hierarchy of needs, reproduction comes after other functions. Get hot on your sleep, plenty of clean sat fat and protein, lower stress, and get daylight in your eyes and on your skin...etc.

Get rid of those pesky bollocks and you'll never have to worry about your sex drive again.

Thats the point right?
