there are all kinds of chodes, muscle bound chodes, rich chodes, car chodes. confidence comes from doing things to improve your life, not because you think other people will be impressed. If you're loving doing weights and seeing improvement u should gain in confidence. Like Darood says, set a goal, achieve it, gain in confidence. But if u were the only one who could tell you were benefitting from doing weights you should still get the same boost feeling.
