No, it's beacause you're an adult, and I still can't convey the notions that 'not everything you see on the news is a lie' and 'not all government or corporate organisations are out to deceive you', to you.
Bottom line is this; the idea of this thread is a bad one, and will only make ignorant people like yourself more ignorant. Here's an idea for you - watch the news, read reputable newspapers, read books, read literature which relates to things that interest you. THAT will make you more interesting and allow you to connect with a higher quality of woman.

Bullshit. You just need to know where to look, and I'm not doing that for you. Even with news that has spin on it, you don't have to side with the writer, just take in the facts and form your own opinions.
Also, RE your last post - stop comparing the BBC with sources like FOX. The BBC is actually one of the better sources, it's mostly objective. Also, your rant about politicians I disagree with as well. Maybe in the States this is true, where the parties receive heavy funding by big corporations, but, having worked with public sector organisations and councillors for the past two years, I firmly believe that the vast majority of them do want what's best (in their opinion) for the country. Also, a) British politicians aren't paid that much in comparison to other important jobs and b) who in their right mind would design a system that favours the 'whistleblowers'? Accountability is a good thing, but all that BS about expenses a few months back was so overhyped...people just want any excuse to have a go at the people in power. Having said that - I do think that Wikileaks is a good thing, if you're going to bring American politics into the discussion.
Really though, you're just being controversial for the sake of it, as is Phil.

has anyone else noticed how all the papers have racist undertones cos I have. If you actually talk to immigrants they have a real hard time getting in. some of them are even married to a British national with kids and still get shit from immigration.

Firstly, I didn't compare the BBC to Fox, feel free to point out where I mentioned Fox at all.
Secondly, you claimed you watch unbias media sources and I challenged you to point one out. The BBC is far from unbias. Less unbias than Fox yes. Again though, I never mentioned Fox, you did.
To believe that those same politicians you worked around aren't being manipulated by the very places that help them get into power DESPITE whatever their intentions might be is completely naive. The path to hell is paved with good intentions, just because one appears good does not mean they make well informed, critically analysed decisions free from manipulation of those who have helped them most. Someone who wishes to do good doesn't necessarily do any.
You're also the one mentioning American politics, nobody else has done that. No, I'm not going to bring American politics into the discussion.

The word is unbiased.
To get anywhere in politics you have to 'play the game' to an extent, but to confuse that with having bad intentions is naive...I only speak from experience. Anyway I imgaine we're largely on the same page, you're just a little more sceptical than I about the intentions of the people in power. I do realise that there are cunts in the upper echelons of our political hierarchy, but I refuse to tar them all with the same brush.

Where did I say they had bad intentions? They have good intentions but make bad choices because of the "game" they have to play, as you put it.
The game should be changed to close the loopholes that make it a load of crap.

Seems to me Iraq was obviously regime change, yet the intelligence community fed a pack of lies and the press naively and/or dutifully rolled it out into the public consciousness. Doesn't mean all journalists and media staff are complicit, I'm sure the vast majority were just taken in or bit their tongues in view of their jobs. Doesn't mean the boogeyman is around every corner and all media is biased. Does mean the media portrays views, accepted norms, frames that clearly influence people. Hence taking a break from all that influence might be interesting.
