That's because youre putting on too much fat...I did the same a few years ago
You've got to eat clean, keep any rubbish food to once a week, and keep those carbs in check

Yes...if you don't want to get fat, to a periods of each...most bodybuilders have nothing else to worry about through the winter, so can just get as big as they want.
Big shoulders, small waist is the whole aim! Small legs no, but small waist gives you that V-taper...check out Vince Gironda, Mohammed Makkawy and Larry Scott.
Larry Scott, by the way, had a bad body structure in BB terms, narrow shoulders and wide waist, but with effort and determination he looked amazing!

I'm currently 14st 3, 25%BF.
I'm trying to cut down to 15%BF at the minute but I hate cardio!
So I'm carrying on with the weights and just taking in 1500 calories per day. Minimal carbs, minimal fat.
Been at it for 4 months, on a strict diet for 3 of those.

Don’t know how you do it guys.
I had to loose 2 stone in for a fight and that last month of dieting was the most depressing month ive experienced in a long time. I can’t express enough how bad it sucked.
