I would say just watching a couple of hours of blueprint is helpful..

May as well watch it when he isn't out on the town? Say at 4pm after work an hour per night every night just before the gym at 5pm?

Personally i found the Blueprint to be very useful,especially the first few hours (i did get a bit lost in later parts tho).However ive only finished a couple of days ago and i downloaded it a month ago so no hurries.Something ive done recently and may help you,as you seem to believe that you can only get hb5`s is having a look at your beliefs!! Get a pen and paper and write down everything you believe about yourself,then question them all subjectively in turn.I was astounded how much crap id been believing about myself all these years ie my hair colour turns girls off,im to skinny, i need to buy women stuff for them to like me etc most of it was utter crap.Until its there in front of you in black and white,you will continue to live by some of these wrong beliefs and not even realise it.

I'm thinking positive re-frame, as your job involves travelling up and down the country you must have a lot of stories to tell.

Seriously Knave, you have made it pretty clear that you dislike The Blueprint - what would you recommend?

Simply saying 'go to a bar and talk to women' is advice that anyone can give, and not everyone is you.
