So as above, what ever the 1 grade below an AFC is, I'm about 5 places below that

I'm about to turn 30, split up with my GF about 4 years ago, and we had been together for about 5 years before that.

So I am here to be a sponge for knowledge, hints, tips or anything that will help me get moving up the ladder.
