You managed to hold a relationship for 5 years. Trust me, your no AFC, Probably just rusty from the fact you haven't gamed for 5 years. Go out, make a fool of yourself, and build that confidence back up. Good luck dude !

Hey man im in sort of a similar situation to you,i totally identify.
Im currently watching the rsd blueprint and though im only half way it.It has opened my eyes to quite a few truths.I strongly suggest checking it out

OK, I would suggest reading Jaz's post. http://www.puaforum.co.uk/seduction-...blown-out.html As you've probably already noticed their are a few bitchy people on here but i doubt they mean you any harm. Take their "constructive criticism" on the chin, and read up on a few posts.
