one problem tho... basically my best mate knew something was going on and wrote on her bf's anniversary post saying she loves me more. she told her bf hes full of shit and making stuff up to make him kick off... and he is kicking off now on my mate... saying hes punched a wall, smashed his iphone and now my best mate is next.

obviously my mate shouldn't have done anything but hes had this happen to him in the past so he gets really serious over this shit and believes every girl should be put on blast.. anyway today i was on my FB, left it on his laptop and he read enough of my conversations with her to realise hes 95% in the right. EVERYONE thinks hes lieing and full of shit about what hes said on FB... and hes basically asking me for permission to use a bit of the chatlog to tell everyone including her bf that hes telling the truth.

Part of me thinks you should send messages to BF (privately) and say look we're both being played here, we're best off rid. However, he does not seem like a sensible man and will probably just get you deeper into this thing that should be avoided!

To vindicate himself I would personally let him PM the girls boyfriend with the chat.

But do you really want to get involved? As an impartial bystander you have the probability of a mixture of 2 outcomes:

1. Clear your friend by allowing him copy and paste access to said messages. This ensures your friend isn't called a liar for something he knew was true yet stupid to write. The problem with this is that your description of the situation sounds like you have a tight social group so this may end up breaking up your circle or at least changing the group dynamics dramatically. Also her bf might want to dish out retribution of sorts which probably wont be nice.

2. you keep the messages to yourself. You let your friend take the fall for what you have been doing though he shouldn't have posted it on that chaps wall. Social dynamics will inevitable change because you're sacking off this girl, so she'll go cold, prob with her friends

As someone else said, if she became willing to leave him for you, that is a bigger risk for you in future.

Also, if she will go behind her boyfriend's back to chat to you, and arrange a "secret date", then she would do it to YOU as well in future (possibly).

If morals aren't of interest to you, you should have at least banged this girl (with video proof), just for your own satisfaction out of all of this drama.
