I'm gonna go against the general advise given so far on this one.

Don't build it up to big thing by going up to her and asking her on date or whatever your planning to do, if you know the other girls go for drinks together and make sure she is there. then flirt, kino, close if you still like her.

My reasons - this way you can't get rejected publicly. Critics will say don't worry, don't give a shit what anyone thinks blah blah blah. they don't have to go to this place everyday. Work isn't like a nightclub, you have to get along with and see the same people everyday. If some dick decides he wants to wind you up about this everyday for the next month, however little you think you give a shit, it's gonna get annoying.

At the moment you have a working relationship, you don't even hardly know her and vice versa, if she does reject you it's likely to be because you work to gether, ect. You need to extend your relationship outside of work in a fluid way first to maximise your chances. Plus if she's boring, annoying or generally a bit shit, you can get away from the situation, without having anything invested.

If you go on a date and think, I don't even like this girl, it's gonna be shit because her friends will be hassling you, your'll have to see her everyday, ect. I'm not saying the advice won't work, because it probably will, it's just unnecessary and statistically less likely to work than putting in the legwork outside of work first, in a non pressured environment.
