In India they marry at twelve so i think 15 is ok as long as she agrees of cause also some women look fantastic at that age before they turn to fat as it seems to happen to so many english girls that reach late teens.

as society deems it wrong that below 16 is illegal while in germany 14 is legal so its complicated.
