I've been texting this girl since I met her on Saturday.
Initially she pretended not to remember me but then magically started to remember.

Been teasing her a little bit about some of the stuff she said when she was drunk.
I told her to meet me in at a club in London on Friday but she's going back to see her parents.

She is replying with really short text messages and sometimes not until I send a second one like
"U no im only 22 right" (I'm 32 and have told her) and "Think I no what kind of fun you want"

Today I offered to see her on Thursday but she's replied "sorry can't thurs"
I replied with "ok Next week then! Looking forwards to your parents’ home cooking?"
She hasn’t replied.

I know I'm being needy ... I need your honest opinions how to play this.

Should i just delete her number and think fuck it .

If you're going to delete her tell her your going to delete and NOT in a needy way.

Fire up her 'wanting what she can't have'. for example I've used 'be at bar friday or we are breaking up and i'm not taking you back this time'. Something like this is fun to send when you've never seen her. AFC continue to play into her hands. Don't do it. If she doesn't reply delete her, 1 in 10 she'll text you back always a bonus make her chase you. She will chase. End

Are you srious? Telling a girl you gonna delete her and expecting she's gonna empathize with you and then reply is fucking stupid.

She didnt reply the last text. Delete her number now and move on. If she does reply after but still not showing any IOI's, tell her that she bores you now and bid farewell. To be honest, her replies so far suggest she isnt interested and out to make loads of excuses. Move on mate!

But I thought I'd post this anyway...

About a month ago, I was texting a girl who actually gave me her number without me needing to ask for it - for a couple of days I kept trying to arrange something over text, but there were all sorts of excuses, then finally no response at all. I waited a day and fired off Phil's Missing Parrot Text, and again heard nothing, so I deleted her number.

Low and behold, last week she text me asking if I had ever found my parrot; we're arranging a date.

Moral of the story: when they start being flakey, if you act disinterested and non-needy, they will most likely be back for more. People crave attention, so only give it to them when they deserve it.

Its funny how some chicks crawl out the woodwork somtimes months after youve stopped showing any interest, my record was someone that contacted me 2 years later!!! funnily enough we are good friends now and she ended up nymphoing me when she came to mine.

rather than just txt i`ll always make sure we have a phone conversation first before i bin them off,, that way ive had a banter with them and distinguished myself from any other chumps that only txt.

I've read many books on women and still no wiser, freud concluding after 30 years research that he still hasn't got the first clue about them.

I've had girls flake on me then had them email months later, wanting to be chased again and bedded. That's women for ya.


I'm guessing the missing parrot is a variation of the missing dog which if I remember is walking down a street 'have you seen my scotty dog', he's about this high, scruffy looking. No. Okay let me take your number and I'll give you a call to let you know when you can stop looking for him.
