Women's brains are hardwired differently to men

The sell-out event takes place at Lucy Cavendish College, Univeristy of Cambridge today at 5pm.

Melissa Hines is a professor specialising in gender development, with a particular interest in how hormones shape brain development and behavior.

The academics are expected to argue that recent neuroscientific findings show that the female and male brain are hardwired for behavioral differences.

I've always thought it also gives a number of other impressions too and isn't at all reliable. It can make people look nervous and uncomfortable as they're essentially fidgeting. It can also make people look like they've got a hyperactivity disorder too because they can't stand still for 10 seconds.

Ok, so... Staying on the line of PUA myths, thoughts on tests for these things? Ideally tests need to offer as little room for argument as possible. Obviously testing in the field is good but what's available to us to avoid counter argument? What arguments are most likely so I can build around them to try and avoid them occurring.. Obviously "British girls are easy" isn't going to be an easy one to avoid without a bit of flying.

On the subject of scientific testing. Anyone watch Inside the Human Body on BBC?

The first episode was to do with the whole process of birth. One part showed how an experiment revealed that lap dancers made on average of about £20 more per hour when they were at their most fertile, pointing towards sub-conscious factors in greater attraction towards females during this stage. Worth a watch on i-player, the whole documentary was fascinating.


As for new experiments, I would like to see something along the lines of canned stuff versus the natural approach. Perhaps take a sample of virgins and give half of them the Mystery Method, the other half RSD blueprint and see who gets the best results.

Anyone interested in taking part if I do a series of videos on myths in pua? Filming would probably be in Manchester, Bristol or Liverpool dependant on where the most people interested in taking part would be. I have no date intentions yet, I'd just like to gauge interest. If people do want to take part and it ends up not being near them they're more than welcome to travel to location though. It would likely be a 3 day thing Fri through to a Sun made up of as many approaches with set rules as possible in order to attack the various myths and gather as much data as possible. Filming would obviously be in effect and people would be miked up.

Open to ideas. Stating interest doesn't mean committing yourself before I've fully planned it, blah blah. Decided I'm definitely going ahead with this. If there's no interest here that's cool there's other people I can get involved. Would love to plug this forum though. EDIT: Provided Jaz/Twisted approve of me plugging them if members here do take part.

Nitpicky. Merely clarifying that if people say they're interested it's not going to change anything or make them feel obligated on account of it going ahead or not. Just looking to see if there was any.
