ok, wen i talk to girls i come across as SUPREMELY confident which could be misconstrued as ARROGANCE.

This is called downward calibration or something, basically you have to be super cool and arrogant but every now and then you slip in some signs of weakness. That way she admires your confidence but also sees that its an act and there is a sweet sensitive guy underneath.

A few weeks back I had met this girl in a bar and I was a bit drunk, so I was being very loud and brash with her and her friends. She pointed at this random girl's bag and said she wanted one like that, so I marched over there and shouted at the girl "my mate here loves your bag can you steal her one too?". The girl with the bag laughed, the girl I was gaming was DEAD embarrased and I could tell I was losing her by acting a bit too over the top - so I quietly whispered in her ear "I hope you appreciate the effort I went to, cos inside I was shitting myself doing that."

If you are chatting to a girl thats a control freak then being uber confident and owning her space with your arm round her might flag in her mind as get this fucker off me because she isnt in control of the interaction.

The same was and still is true with me, if a girl is suddenly all over me and i feel out of control an alarm would go off in my head and id bail or act weird..not so now btw

so in those cases a bit more of a cautious approach, even nervous would work

I think in the majority of cases tho confidence and owning them is the winner
i just need to do this a lot more

This all comes down to your ability to read people. Different levels of energy work best with different people. Different types outgoing behaviour work differently also. Being slightly nervous is endearing to some girls, it's weak to others. Being very confident is attractive to some girls while arrogant and off putting to others.

Experience should give you the ability to quickly tell what kind of person you're dealing with and whether showing all confidence or a mixture is best.

The issue is her own insecurity that she may not be good enough for you, causing her to hold back, even if she's hot and has no rational reason to. You said something along these lines a few weeks back, about what an actual accusation of arrogance really means about her, and how to spin it. I've nicked that and used it to great effect on one occasion in particular. I wouldn't make "nervous nelly" your whole frame, but a bit of seasoning may ground things a bit.

im only tryin it just to see the outcome. my aim is not to use it if its better at pulling women... i was thinkin about this last night actually, i dont think im capable anymore of doin anythin other than bein myself.. i get bored of actin.

but curiosity, if its for gaining knowledge i will play, not just to fuck some slag tho.
