it changes the shape of your muscles, lenghthens them, once i get in shape, im gonna pretty much try & stick to pilates...
my osteopath said one of his customers only does pilates and he is in SICK shape.
it was created to keep people n the war in shape & ended up a girls thing
gonna give it a go.
i remember doin body pump for the first time & all the girls had like 5 k a side for squats....
well me bein a smart ass put 20 per side.... i refused to stop & spewed up
