Interest in all things goes up and down regularly based on time of year and whether it's been out of favour for a while.

April/May were always the largest selling months for products at my old company, sales would be double in these months compared to other times of year. I've noticed a significant increase in relationship type councillors and sex type coaches on talk shows this last month too. Could be indicative of a larger movement occurring again, it depends on what influences occur in the end though.

That's true. I'd be interested in it for potential exposure as well as other reasons I mentioned, dependent on the research of the sources first. I was merely saying that as someone with no business interest in such a thing you're in a position to lend weight to the argument against the typical practices that started the industry and influence people towards what you believe.

Your lack of bias gives you far more strength in that area than I. I'm not arguing for you to do it for any business reason, I'm arguing for your interest in it merely for your own influential reasons. If you dislike x and x about various things then being offered a medium to expose those views to a wider audience is a good thing.

I didn't say anything about fighting for a cause. Merely influencing something you dislike in the direction that you do like when the opportunity is handed to you rather than doing the exact opposite, influencing it in the direction disliked, towards those that you complain about.
