Interview mode

Ok so i was out in London doing some daygame it was a good laugh I could see the IOI's and stuff and it made me feel good. I had trouble with closing but that's a topic for another day!

Right! This happend to me in two sets in a row and I need some advice. I was in one of the set talking to these attractive Girls (brunette: HB5 and Blond: HB7) sitting down enjoying the sun with their SLR camera (i suspect taking some shots with the gorgeous sun that was out) . I approached, built some rapport and locked in sitting next to the.blond one. We we lauging a lot and long story short, the blond says to me "you know you should.be an interviewer, you ask so many questions" Wtf!? I laughed it off and eventually the set got up saying "oh the sun is going down and we want to get more pictures"...the other set said something along the same lines.

It just made me think, how d'you get out of interview mode?

This is a problem ive had/have

Ive been told in the past -- god i feel like im being interviewed.
Ive walked away from dates having asked them gazillions of questions to keep the silences at bay.... basically 2 problems

1)Ive not hooked them at a deepish level
2)Ive been such a Chode -- by giving her value, being afraid to expose the fact she wasnt interested in what i ahd to say.

now i tend to.

Not give a fuck
Remember you have higher value you are fucking awesome she is lucky as fuck you chose to talk to her, dont forget that.
Ask her some stuff-- show genuine interest, find out what matters to her and get well below the surface.
make it fun -- roll out thumb wars, esp reading, arm wrestling - bicep poses whatever-- get kinoing her quick.
then if you feel its a little one sided after youve done that, back right off, look around-- create a silence--see if she pipes up to fill it.

If not Eject or get ruthless


Im still learning all this stuff as i go along-- ive got a long way to go

in a word experience.


to have it flow with either difficult or shy sets makes things much harder as well.

if shes giving you low end responses its hard not fire another question over, but don't

if you're not listen ing to the answers then that could be another problem.

if she tells you she likes photography then thats a conversation if you then go on to ask where she went on holiday thats not listening to her telling you I like photograhphy.

break it up a bit with stories and statements, I was in this park last week when... or I have a funny story about this blind photographer.

Shit this happend to me again on the weekend!... i do it without thinking. In my mind im having a conversation but to the group im the following: "interviewer" or a "dedective" and i've been called these names.

Can anyone suggest any documentation i can read to help? i would really appreciate it. Thanks.

How about instead of going in there with the purpose of number closing you go in there just to have a giggle and take the piss and then eject

We all did its a hard habit to break. One of my girls from back in the AFC days said once 'did I get the job?' Which is funny but 20 minutes of interviewing, is not fun for anyone, switch roles imagine its you being hit with 20 questions.

Some on here would have you believe 'game' is all about self improvement, confidence and become a mystically monk or some bollocks its about fucking girls and the best way is by being interesting and the kind of guy a girl wants to fuck.

but above all LISTEN to what comes out of a girls mouth, every single thing she says is a conversation, everything she's wearing as well for that matter. if you're struggling make up some left field shit up that makes her get involved.

i'm out gaming about 3 times a week so im praticing just for some reason this interview mode isnt bidging nad its really really frustrating lol.
