I class 60% as a pass

Great thread.
The subway vid is awesome - totally agree re taking oneself too seriously & AA.
Didn't like Tolle, personally.

My life isn't totally changed yet - I'm very much in the process, but the things that have induced / helped along change so far:

1) Girl I briefly dated in AFC days making various belittling comments - some comments hit home (basically about me being a pussy) plus I then realised I needed to be proactive in meeting women or be stuck with the only prospects that rarely happened to come my way, even if they were complete bitches!

2) Various Matt Hussey videos. This guy has a great outlook and I find him to be an excellent motivational speaker. (Not sure about the company who he's affiliated with though....)

3) 1st night of pushing myself to do cold approaches - whilst I still have fairly bad AA, I realised 'hey, this isn't so bad!' and after years of never having the bollocks to do any kind of approach, I now realise I'll NEVER be like that again. Definitely a Matrix 'red pill' moment.
