One thing you do is say "lol" a alot everytime you make a joke. Now I used to do this, naturally end anything in lol so people know not to be offended. When chatting online let them interprit it however by not saying lol and if they take it wrong you just can bust her on it and say "what no I'm talking about..blah"

But talking of the nervous lol thats like the same thing as the nervous laugh people do in real life. Whenever they're talking to someone they say something then laugh heh heh heh, talk laugh. It just comes across as extremely insecure and almost seeking to be approved.

Stop laughing for real, stop lol'ing for real unless you want to approve something shes said.

Also remember talking about this approval thing, stick to your guns. If you change what you like and dont like to align with her your seeking her approval. You want her to be seeking yours so disagree if you do agree if you do.

I'm sorry but I disagree. By looking and trying to measure/improve anything it is sure to improve. By looking for bits which what I say isn't good or stopping the conversation flowing or other bits where i'm coming across as worse than I am due to the style or whatever of course I can improve, I already have significantly even though this may be hard to believe.
