how much of this would you say is about challenging your assumptions??? -

ive noticed that when thers a 9,10 before approaching i seem to always beleive they will say no and be a bitch etc its like i automatically thing they will be harder to talk to so i perform worse what you guys thinking P.S any stories of how you overcame approach anxiety??? how long did it take?
