I don't find it an issue potraying humour to foreign girls. Why last night I was sat with a table of oriental hotties (DHV spike) and had them roaring with laughter (DHV spike).
Sure sometimes you might need to speak slower or clearer, but don't assume you need to have basic conversation to game them. After all, most of the world watch and 'get' American humour.
