anyway my honest opinion is that your using the "I could if I wanted to" thought as an excuse. no matter how you look at it. you obviously want to because why else would you come on here and make a post titled "I dont approach enough" your just looking for reasons.

I think there was a very good part about this in the blueprint.

Yeah fairly, its all about balance,my mild addiction to it,effects my eating decisions.

I find that people go crazy at first,really strict diets and spending two hours in the gym,5 days a week, then they just quit,when they dont get the results.
