Default Sales & Pick UP..SAME? - 28-07-2010, 05:49 PM

Ok

This may change how you close girls an i only came up with this today after an AMAZIN day of sales...

I am a sales man... i deal with businesses over the phone and i sell ADVERTISING SPACE

Now i find it strange how i can call someone on the phone, And within 4 mins i can have them agree to part with a few hundred quid for an ad and the have never met me

Yet closing a number from a super babe in 4 mins is a lot more difficult and will take a little more work!!!!

What im thinking is...COULD THIS BE ENTIRELY BECAUSE MY BELEIF IN MY SALES ABILITY OUT WEIGHS MY BELEIF IN ABILITY WITH GIRLS

Is PICK UP and sales the same BASIC PRINCIPLE

Ok SALE

OPENER/ ICE BREAKER

To be clear concise and different to the tired old approach of everyone else

PITCH

Generalisation of product but leaving a vague imprint to wet the taste buds allowing your sale to begin

CLOSE

Round up final summary of what is to happen then finaly hit payment method

This to me is the same in... pick up opener needs to be different then pitch is pretty much DHV then finaly closing for the number.... BUT HERE IS THE IMPORTANT BIT

For years i was scared to mention the word invoice to customers.... these are businesses who deal in invoices every day but I WAS SCARED TO MENTION IT for fear the idea of payment would scare them of the sale...

BUT NOW... it is.. OK WE WORK ONLY ON A 14 DAY INVOICE OK and give them no choice and they ACCEPT IT these are business men whom i govern the conversation for something i was scared of for years and i now earn 4 times the money SO

IF AN INVOICE WAS A DATE, OR PHONE NUMBER... maybe girls deal with this all the time yet we are scared to mention it

DONT LET WOMEN SCARE YOU, DONT BE AFRAID TO LET UR INTENTIONS BE KNOWN..... BECAUSE AFTER ALL IT IS A SALE.....TELL HER SHE IS GETTIN UR FUCKIN INVOICE FOR HER PHONE NUMBER!!!

TRY THIS: Ok look tell u what any time i ever take a girls number i always make sure we do somethin fun, so ill take your number and we can go out... is that ok??

FUCKIN SALES CLOSE try that

If your not talkin to her to close a sale on her WHAT THE FUCK R U TALKIN TO HER FOR....

Peace boys

Strange way of looking at it man, but confidence is the key. If you believe you can do something you're more likely to succeed

Look guys... a close is called a close because UR ASKING A CLOSED QUESTION... one that requires a YES OR NO ANSWER... not one that beats round the bush

example : Maybe we should hook up .... ERM WELL I HAVE THIS THAT BLAH BLAH

We Will hook up... Is that ok? yes or No preferably yes.. PUSHY SALES TECHNIQUE

so when u close for a number... make sure it requires a yes or no answer GEARED AT A YES RESPONSE

I think selling yourself to Girls is the wrong frame to have totally. You're already desired by most women. You don't need to sell yourself.

Where closing comes into play (in pickup) is that you're the sort of guy who takes what he wants. You see a hot girl, she's coming to your place no matter what.

I used to believe pickup was like a sales pitch. But the fact that you are trying to clinch a deal suggests that you want something and you're coming from a position of lower status.

I prefer to just build attraction these days. I couldn't care less if I close.

I'd also distance myself from a) thinking you're better than the girl (it's not a competition), and b) I wouldn't ask for their number as i find this is comes across as beating around the bush and almost like a plea (like a sales). I just tell them to give me their number.

I wont generalise Sales & Pick-up as the same. I have met different kind of Salesmen who are creepy, dishonest and full of shite. And yet, I met others who are just the opposite, making a decent living. And the same can be said about PUA. Even the whole objective & purpose can be totally different.

Pickup is like football. You have to learn your skills and put them into practice on the field. When you score, its like scoring a goal. When you assist, its like being a wingman. Football also requires different tactics and approaches to different teams, just like you require different approaches to different women. The initial approach is like in the first 15 mins of a football game where you suss out the opponents tactics.

oh wait... no.

Spot on.

well i dont know what sales men u know... i never plea... for instance today a customer asked... CAN YOU SEND ME INFORMATION

MY REPLY: with respect, as much as i appreciate thats how people may usually do business i find it a waste of my time, i understand if you don't work on that basis but if you want the product i have presented then its on my terms... HE BOUGHT AND PAID.

The key is not to plea.. i will never plea for a sale EVER... my clients are dictated by my way of work .. wether they are longstanding or new customers....

otherwise NOT... and to be fair my product isnt that good in my opinion, i just present it well.

so no sales may be low value entry based on the sales man but not me... as far as im concerned what i have to offer is enuf for them to listen

I dont often say YOUR WRONG but in this case guys... u are... not all salesmen are needy, just the bad ones... the good ones u dont remember as sales men... coz u dont know u have been sold!
