Is this just me being screwed up from some traumatic experience or are most Pua's or SA's like this ?

I always really want what i cant have and i will do everything in my power to get it !

And unfortunatly this applies to women ... I dont want to be like this but i am lol , and most of the time it just makes me look like a dick

I think your right there ... Ive always loved the chase , it;s fun and when you catch them it's always a great feeling . Maybe i dont think ahead and wonder what ill feel like when i catch them .

This sounds terrible but maybe i feel by finally getting a girl i feel like im better than her (which is totally not true im well aware) because she's submitted ... I dunno .

far from me being about to comment on this as i'm not even in the same country, let alone post code as you when it comes to getting girls and numbers, and i respect you loads, but this almost sounds like cat string theory in reverse :-).

Anyway, my $0.02 on this is that when i'm out i'm in a different frame than the rest of you as i'm out looking for the right girl. I know you, jynx, rood, k are all saying just approach anything, but sometimes there is nothing i want to approach and dont see the point. I have some books on PU, but some on general "how to suceed with women" that cover dates, breakups etc etc and one of the things in them say is to make a list of what you want in a woman, 1) must have's 2) nice to have;s 3) icing on the cake. I actually have 3 pages of A5 made up of these lists. Now i've not heard you in set as it's always too noisy in the clubs [boy would i like to though:-)], but i don't know if your not only DHV'ing by qualifying yourself but also disqualifying her? if your not it might be worth while making the lists for what you want in a woman and would keep you interested and next time your out, even if you can get a number, if she doesn't meet the stuff on your list's, walk away. See how many numbers you can get from fully qualifying what your after?

Just a thought man, like i say, i don't know if your doing this or not, so it might be irrelavant, or it might help. I hope it does in some small way or another.

But then again maybe its not you thats the problem, Maybe one day you'll find someone that will keep things interesting regardless, Someone that wont ever let you fully win.


Unless those pages of what your looking for are just about looks then how do you know she doest tick off nealy everything your looking for? You cant really judge a person by having a brief look at them in that situation. How do you know you dont share a million and one interests and hit it off amazingly if you dont go over and find out

Darood man, this post isn't about me, it's about swypes question, but as you've raised it I'll answer the question. For the record in the last five weeks I've been out with you guys I've never not approached when I wanted to. There are things on my lists which are very easy to disquallify, 1st on the list is none smoker! Yeah there are ones on there about looks, age, height, weight and other things like you say you need to speak to them about, one being "knows the value of money" and "is respectfull of my time". But there's no point me finding out the latter If I can discount easily on the other stuff first.

Slightly different take on this...

A number of years ago, I used to struggle to enjoy the moment - to be able to relax and appreciate the moment without wanting something else, something more, something different.

So in a social situation I’d be thinking about the next event – or with a girl I’d be thinking about another.

If you are never satisfied this is an unpleasant state to be in.

For me, relaxing, meditating, and re-assessing my desires helped.
