Thanks Jack - interesting thread....I have seen most of them and found them quite useful at the time...infact I am going to have another look at them again! Whatever people's opinions on Strauss and The Game...he pointed thousands of guys to the community, who are now constantly trying to better themselves in al aspects of their lives and that can't be a bad thing!

I like the game and the way its inspired alot of people to take this journey and in my oppinion a damn good read but i cant stand the whole routines and canned style. I must be in the tiny minority that never used canned openers as a begginner, it never appealed to me in the slightest.

When you learn routines you go into your head, not good ! Being spontaneous is probably the most important part of being good with women. Infact i reckon learning anything mystery method is dangerous and makes you wierd.

This whole community has made pickup so complicated and is full of con artists who scam people into alot of money with false hopes of becoming good with women. I also think alot of the top gurus are fakes.

The best guys at this are guys who arent even pickup artists, their so good with women and out there getting laid all the time that they never even heard of the game, if they found out there are guys who go out there and learn lines and practise routines i dont think they could get their head round it and would find it weird !

To get good quick focus on becoming natural, i think everything he says about picking up women in the game is bollocks, approaching at a silly angle, 'negging' infact negging is shit, im serious a compliment works alot better. Also the game says you got to be totally indirect which again i think is totally bollocks, just say whatever comes into your head when you chat to a girl, if you think she looks sexy just say it.

Dont live in comfort , do things out your comfort zone, go to the gym , take an improv class , travel the world, things like this help build your character and help you grow. Work on yourself and make a personality that attracts women naturally without even thinking because this is gonna accelerate the process alot quicker than techniques.

If your gonna read anything on pickup try the blueprint by Tyler , anything by vin di carlo . also a great new program i seen recently by Julian Foxx called the supernatural but i beg stay away from anything that will make you go into your head !

Ok i might have been harsh with saying everyone who uses mystery method is weird because there are guys out there who got good using it but i stand by my comments about there being alot of con artists in this community and weird guys who treat the game as a bible. Though saying that this community has some of the coolest guys i have met and generally everyone is looking to better themselves.

I may check it out but im not much of a big fan of Neils, if it gets you results man then good for you. Il give you an honest oppinion if i come across it, its not fair to bash something you never seen.

I personally seen 1 in field action from mystery an she was fat. . i know if them guys came to uk they would get FUCKED OFF LEFT RIGH UP DOWN AN CENTRE because cultures are different. to be honest whilst i do slate mystery and style... i do rate alot of mysteries method, th general principles are flawless its all the sales crap i hate.. and neil strauss is just a writer THATS IT.


To further the main point tho... ill be honest, i only really apprach girls who wow me, which isnt that often.... my friends say im weird but im MEGA picky. So whilst i give advice on lots of approaches i dont follow LOL

but i do close alot of hot ones i approach so im good
