Welcome along.

Advice.
- First and foremost - have fun! if you're not enjoying it some of time, you've got the wrong approach to "PU" and maybe even life.
- Go out be social (talk and meet) with everyone. You'll meet girls (and guys) and gain much needed skills/experience in conversation, social dynamics etc. which will help you chat up girls but also helps at work & within social groups
- Don't forget to do other stuff. Constructive stuff that makes your life better like languages, music, arts, etc. It will improve you as a person and make you more interesting to girls but more importantly the former

Books & videos
- Mark Manson's Models - good read that helps you develop yourself.
- RSD blueprint decoded, if you can handle and cut through Tylers marketing I'm so great persona, it might give your balls the extra size they need.
- 30 days of Discipline. It's not PUA but I found it helpful to cut through some of the guff in my life.

Good luck

I agree what you say about constructive stuff. It dosnt matter how attractive you are, if you are not interesting, people are not going to be interested.

When I first got into PUA, I also started Kick Boxing and other hobbies when I wasnt sarging. And that helped just as much. If a woman says "What do you do in your free time", saying Pick UP aint gonna get her interested (well it might actually). You need to become an interesting person.

Sure women are fun, but you also need to build a lifestyle.

Think who you want to be, and work towards it.

I'm currently reading The Game by Neil Strauss which is always recommend when 1st trying out this stuff.

But the person that's helped me out the most since coming out of my last relationship is a American guy called Corey Wayne, if it wasn't for him I could of seen myself doing something stupid. You can watch 100's of his video's free on YouTube and his book Understanding Relationships can be brought on Amazon at a decent price, it has certainly opened my eyes and highlighted a lot of mistakes I have previously made.

Good luck with it.
