If you are going to set goals make sure that they are SMART goals
Specific Measurable Achieveable Realistic Time Bound This will really kickstart the goals and ensure that you have a high possibility of achieveing them you can get much more free info on SMART goals at www.businessballs.com Adam is right we are all goal orientated animals as humans so lets see what we are all aiming for.....

These are my goals for 2009:
The girl that plays Effy on Skins (Kaya Scodelario) Karin Giannone Martine Croxall Billie Piper An English policewoman. And I want to double team a chick with Gary Oldman. He can have his choice of end, I just want the ability to honestly tell guys, "Yeah, I once double teamed a bitch with Gary Oldman." Oh, yeah, I also want to spank a chick with a fresh fish while entering her from behind. Put that on the list too. Edited to add: Emma Watson. How the fuck could I leave her off my list. Double O, find out where she lives.
