I do keep it on when I'm sleeping but during the day not so much, I just try not to use it too much.

At the hospital after the nurse put her palm on top of my hand & told me to bend it, she was like HOLY SHIT! Because of the vibration the tendon was making.

What happened next was, as I sat there waiting for the other nurse to fix me up, the other nurses were coming up to me wanting to cop a feel lol the word had got round about the vibrations in my knuckle & everyone wanted a piece of me. The best was a trainee student nurse on a placement, all I could think was "how do I turn this from her enthusiastically touching injured mans injury to injured man asking her out"

Just dont turn it into a long term injury, it might not heal. Tendonitis is a weird one

Nah I know that cos I tried a few rounds on the bag the other night & got my answer the next day that it was still not healed.

But to take a few weeks off breakdancing also, after paying for the course upfront? Nope.

It's still healing better than it would if I was doing 10 rounds a day. So shaking my booty for a couple of hours a week & most of the rest of the time resting it, seems good to me.
