Are you serious here??! 'Forced interactions'... and, 'just forget it, she has her headphones in'?!

I did some dg today with Luthor (who is really good) and it surprised me how its exactly like being in the club. More fun than I expected too. Treat it like you were anywhere else.

Just my two pence on the headphone thing. yesterday a girl waved her hands at me to take my headphones out to ask me directions. As soon as I realised she was talking I pulled them out to hear what she was saying. So that's all you have to do. Get the eye contact and start talking. The main reason people have music playing in their ears is because they have nobody to talk to. So they're quite pleased to take them out if someone is going to talk to them.

And just as you decided to stop writing field reports man.

ye its a forced interaction. Its not a bad thing to do, as i said personally i wouldn't do it. I have done stuff like this early on.

i just realised there is a time and place to talk to girls and this type of approach i found back in my approach days just winds up in flaking. girls just think "he probly does that 10 times a day' and i had loads of girls ask me that very question.

Im the same in sales now, i look for solid leads and don't bother trying to sell from cold leads and try and make any sale seem like an interaction that happened all by itself.

That being said its probably good for practice to be outside your comfort zone.

There is no set time or place to talk to anyone, this is constraint you made for yourself. If your girls flaked on you, it is highly unlikely to be because you were forcing the interaction, or approaching them cold.


Assuming what girls are thinking is a mistake I still make, and all part of the problem with future pacing, etc. The more you expose yourself to and experience this, the more you realise it's all in your head.


The same can be done with cold leads, with practice.


So true, and it's what makes it pretty addictive. It's a buzz, not just for you, but the girl.

Most i won't argue with, coz ur probably right. its not really about fear tho in my case, its just the idea of having to try to create a conversation with someone just to get her number, i did it for years. To be honest, i pretty much stopped chasing girls for a long time b4 i started seeing my bird anyway. I think i have become that far up my own ass in my value of myself i very rarely seen a girl i could be assed chatting up or thought was worth my time.

i would see maybe 1 or 2 girl a year i would class as 'bird material' and always forced myself to go get em. some would say no, some yes then i ended up with bird

(who incidentally got a boob job this week, yay me!)

u don't. u where engaging me in conversation, which is im sure the primary function of a forum.

Just the same as when you talk about random stuff like chinese girls and weird sex stuff that i find completely redundant.

i don't need to know it, you just go there.
