You've asked about "negging" a few times. I wouldn't go into an interaction thinking "when do I need to neg". If there's a chance to make a joke/be playful go for it - but always thinking that you need to neg is a toxic mindset and it shows that you value yourself less than her.

Just to elaborate on Nova's post, you could say absaloutely anything to open anyone - seriously. That's the 1 big thing I've realised just in my first few days working in a supermarket shop.

Shop game is Day game, there's nothing special about it other than maybe at certain points during the day people are more rushed so you only have a limited time frame. But yeah dude, I've been pleasently surprised at how easy it is.


I banter on with people at the checkout and now regular customers queue at my till, 1 in particular I served yesterday and had banter with and this morning was highly embarrassed that she was buying 40 oranges but if she didn't want me to know, there were 8 other till's free.
Another lass I flirted with was buying a cake for her boss leaving do and we got talking for 5 minutes.

Best thing about working the checkout is if she's nice looking you can build rapport and go slow scanning the items = more time to talk...

Dude use my 100% awesome line for working in a check-out, when they buy something small you say "Okay, that's £20" they always laugh for some reason.

Or if they just get a Freddo you go "Okay big spender, 20p, really helping us". I loved working in a shop.

Hahaha dude they're great, it's on the same level of banter I have with customers and co-workers aswell. I like the "Okay big spender", would certainly make me laugh.

Many people ask for between £20-£50 cashback and I say stuff like "is it alright in monopoly money?" or "yakno if we were playing monopoly I'd be broke".

Light hearted humour, plus its funny to see their reaction.
