For all the reading, or talking, or posting, or mediating, or self-hypnosis, or affirmations, or visualisations, or tapping, or breathing techniques, or all that other stuff that any of us played with before we just did it ... for all that we did before, when it came down to it none of that meant anything when it came to taking action. And essentially one day, all of us here, we just did it. We said Hello to a stranger and our journey began.
We all know, and once you have done it so will you, that all the shit we did before saying Hello to that first stranger was a waste of time. Each of us here could have been months (in some cases years) further on with their journey for taking that first step earlier. And you will know this too as soon as you do it.
Nothing in me had changed from the day I first heard about PU till the day I first said Hello to a stranger.
Conversely, everything in me started to change the day I first said Hello to a stranger.
You will know yourself better.

Word. I spent so long doing random re-frames, voice tonality, DVDs, visualising, meditating and all that for so long until I started approaching.
The funny thing is when I started approaching, I dropped all that shit, still had the same frames, worries, woes and issues but did it anyway. Then after a while you're like "Yeah approaching is funny", then you get stuck in 'cba land' which is when its more of a mental-laziness and excuses from an exertion of energy than fear of being denied as such.
It takes a long time fella, get out there and doooooooooooooooooo it. Just do it.
A side tangent would be I used to focus loads of Eye Contact, posture, voice, inner game etc when i was too afraid to approach thinking it would build my confidence to approach BUT after I started approaching I dropped all that shit, like I didnt give a fuck about EC or Voice or lines, just getting out there and doing it!
