Gonna have to give this up.
My mate dropped out last night (3rd day I think altho I've lost track of time abit) then I got bored at about 1am this morn after waking from a sleep so I went met some friends in town, got drunk and then slept thru my next alarm :/ Its too much to give up alcohol and have to come home from town every 3 hrs 40 mins over the xmas hols
Im missing out on too many good chances to go pick up lasses...
Im gonna just try an everyman pattern maybe just start taking a 'siesta' every day and less core sleep then slowly reduce the core sleep and take 2 naps... Some people do 3 hours core and 3 naps so that might work quite well with going out and totals at 4 hours sleep per day... Maybe not as extreme as 2 hours but it would work much better for me and still save plenty of time...
