Hey guys, I'm new to this site and have just posted on the introductions thread.

I have been out with quite a few girls but the approaches have nearly always been made in a bar or nightclub. The problem I have is that I have identified two women who I'd really like to approach. The problem lies in the fact that with the first one I only ever see her in the canteen at work, and she always sits surrounded by a number of other girls.......therefore making the approach difficult. The second girl is one I have recently spotted in the gym......this girl is HOT, but in an understated way. Again, the problem is the environment in which the approach may have to be made. Its hit and miss if she is in the gym at the same time as I be there, and how exactly do approach someone on a crosstrainer with their earphones in!

When I see these women, I feel like trying to make an approach, but when I don't I get really pissed with myself! If it was in a bar or club then I would have little hesitation of approaching and talking to them........but what the hell do you do in the canteen or gym!?!?

Hey SP1, welcome, i have only joined recently too.
to build your confidence up, go out and try to improve your day game. There are threads about it on this forum, go to a shopping centre or starbucks, or costa, or even somewhere like kfc, and just talk and target any female you see that you can make an approach on. This will boost your confidence up, then go over to the crowd in the canteen, use an opener, isolate her from the rest, then close her. My method might be a bit sketchy because i am new to pua too, but im sure someone will make any amendments neccessary.

So for the first girl I would go up to the group and say "looks like the fun is over here!" then do the usual pick one of her friends turn your back to her..... classic mystery or ask all of them an opinion opener..... and get multiple views..... then single out her answer and say tell me more...... single out one of her friends ask them can I borrow you for a moment have her stand up and steal her seat...... tell her you stole it as you sit down and you are in......

The one in the gym just walk up to her and ask her opinon on the gym or give her the "girl if I was not gay you would so be mine!!" in under the radar in the gym is the best tactic...

most importantly just do anything to approach them even if you get burned you must get past this block. trust me you do not want this to be hanging over you....

Take my advice and I promise you this will become easier.
1. Create a state of genuine curiosity in yourself, then approach. Your goal should just be to get to know if this is the girl you want to take to bed. Be playful.
2. Have two, no more than three, openers. Practice them, practice them, practice them. Oh, by the way, did I mention you should practice them like an actor practices his lines, so that they flow naturally from you. That way, when you observe the three second rule, you'll have something to say to her. I'm not going to tell you my three, you'll decide for yourself, but I have one opinion, one direct, and one put-on (see Ross Jeffries Gold Walk-ups for more info on this).

And never forget, it's never rejection, you're just finding out if she has good taste.
