sounds to me that she was testing you to see if you can dance girls tend to do this a lot i gives them a chance to see what your like and as it was said girls tend to relate (grind) dance with sex and as it just dancing girls can get a way with it with out having to jump in and out of bed with dif guys and not get the name of a slag !!

what are the best dance lessons/styles to take to help you improve?
I am like a dancing god when i'm dancing on my own in a proper nightclub but get a girl to grind on me and i look like i'm trying to scratch my nuts on her ass instead of getting a decent flow.
Also when i'm in a more commercial club i look a bit out of place as have to tone it down a bit!
I know salsa's supposed to help but wandered if what other styles are out there that would be good?

I love salsa and Im taking lesson every week now. With salsa, it is very common to ask a girl to dance and 9 times out of 10, they'll say yes...! Im hoping to be at a point when I am good and I can ask hot girls to dance...! I have seen some mingers dancing seductively with these hot ladies cos they are very good at it and I always say to myself, Im gonna get there soon with these girls.

I like hip hop/soul music too, and once I done salsa, I want to learn street dancing. The dance school I goto teaches street dancing/hip hop too. And I personally it is the best one to learn...!

Limit is the man to ask but I know he will say the same

All that works but I do find that jazz can help as well as it has a lot of flow salsa IS one of the best dances in the world and believe it or not u can even us salsa in hip hop dancing I done it a lot of fun lol!!!

When grinding think more about the way her hips are moving then the music and let her take the lead if you take your lead from her she will like it lol!!!

Dancing face to face, put your two index fingers out infront of you, they will grab them, pul them close and look into there eyes. hold your shit and keep gazing, if she keeps looking back, move in for the kiss. tried & tested by myself many time.

Okay, this is what I've been doing so far.
I've mastered the art of swaying in a fairly relaxed way. I definitely need to upskill my dancing soon though.

The least embarrassing dance for people that "can't dance"
(Smiling throughout of course. Keep it loose. Give it a bit more swagger if you are genuinely having fun, otherwise people will see right through it...so I've found)
Beat 1 - Standing normally, natural stance
Beat 2 - Lean back to the left, left knee bends, weight off the right foot as it points out to the right slightly
Beat 3 - Swing back round to centre, right foot back facing almost forward in natural stance
Beat 4 - Lean back to the right, right knee bends, weight off the left foot as it points out to the left slightly
Repeat
...always to be done with a bottle of beer held by the waist to save embarrassing arm movements that show off the inability to dance

Sounds gash. Looks OK.

I like the sound of salsa. Probably conveys a bit more passion than the Ford Fiesta of dancing that I've just described above.
