When it comes to bodybuilding, I found an excellent source of advice on Youtube in the form of the Hodge Twins. Now, on first impression, these guys seem like douchebags with lots of stupid catchphrases. However, their advice is really very good, and they've got a decent number of videos covering many areas. The best part (from my point of view) is that they are natural bodybuilders, and stay away from steroids and growth hormones and all that shit. They do take protein supplements and Creatine, but we'll let them off because, let's face it, they're fucking massive.
