if your initial movement is sufficient to move the bar at a rate faster than the movement of your arms then yes, momentum is moving the bar

however

if your exploding, the weight shud be heavy enuf so you couldnt move the bar faster than that of your own momentum. so your constantly pushing against gravity (coz ur lyin down)

explosive movements work fast twitching fibres & make u faster & stronger

its just science

i did a thing a while ago wher i was trying to out do myself day by day.

i think i got to 70 ish roughly but was told workin them every day wont help

but now im being told 3 weeks of constant pushups every day means the rest week will make them grow ALOT. so im gonna give it another go.
