Sorry Camarda I couldn't resist saying it with previous comment!

Take a couple anti inflamatories (ibuprofen) and hit the hay, if it's not calmer in the morning get down the physio. had groin trouble myself mate, know it can freak you out good and proper.

wat technique do you use for squats, breathing wise, and are u using a belt?

It could be worse.

You could have been doing a yoga class full of fit birds and for your knee to give out and have to hobble off ashamed...
