Sorry Camarda I couldn't resist saying it with previous comment!

Take a couple anti inflamatories (ibuprofen) and hit the hay, if it's not calmer in the morning get down the physio. had groin trouble myself mate, know it can freak you out good and proper.

wat technique do you use for squats, breathing wise, and are u using a belt?
