I just realised that too, not been at it as long as you but I didn't get a cold or anything this winter, used I have at least 2 fairly incapacitating bouts of flu every winter. In fairness I've curtailed the workaholism tho, so it's not just the sups.

luckily for me I've got good genes for this so ll I have to do is eat a lot of food lift weight and I gain muscle.

It's important to remember that eating loads of protein won't get you big cos your body finds protien hard to digest and you need calories to support the muscle so the carbs are important too. AA lot of people forget that just eating huge steaks. plus you'll piss out a lot of stuff so there's no point overdoing it.
ur supposed to have protein drink with water, otherwise your body spends most of the digestion period seperating the fats.

Aye, milk slows down the absorption. Take casein before going to sleep, or cottage cheese.

Slow release protein. That way when you are sleeping you do not go in catabolism (the state in which the body eats itself). Anabolism is the opposite state.

The only evidence that tribulus works is purely anecdotal. Steroids are not so bad if you know what you are doing.

Try GOMAD. A gallon of milk a day, to get shit loads of really cheap protein. They say the results are akin to steroids. Probablly not very good for you, but it works.

Overall, I'd say bodybuilding can actually fuck with your head. It makes people completely obsessive and takes a lot of freedom out of your life, always having to eat at certain times etc... has anyone heard of bigorexia? Unless you have great genetics and then you can get away with a lot more.

GOMAD is great for ectomorphs, so they should use full fat milk, which also contains more calories and protein. You are a mesomorph Phil, so you don't need too many excess calories. You would still pack on shit loads of muscle doing this, but perhaps a little around the waist too. That's okay at this time of year though. Start dieting and cutting for when the summer really starts.
