One thing i have been getting hung up on recently.

this kid is about 3 years old apparently.
He has a disfunction which stops his body creating the protein 'Myostatin"
Now the body hates muscle and loves fat, muscle is a drain on energy and the body thinks we still live in the stone age.
There are currently beta tests to find myostatin suppresors.
A protien called 'Follistatin' is a myo inhibitor, and there are stuff on the market that u can take for follistatin, but ingestion has no clear evidence that it would make it into your system digestively.
Im on the hunt to find the best way to naturally lower MYO and increas Follis....
Anyone who fancys doing some digging and keep posting on this thread ive found so far
Creatine lowers myostatin
Vitimain D does aswell
Zinc increases testosterone.
Anyone know anymore on the subject.... the way i see it, if u can remove myostatin.. u can get some silly gains.
