thats not true, dependant on what roid u take. U dont retain water on all roids.
also, the reason u lose gains is your test levels deplete & oestrogen increases.
the point of a PCT isnt just to get ur levels back to normal, its to do it quickly and keep training whilst your doing so. u should be able to maintain about 80% of your gains if you do it properly... and then once u get back on your next course you will reach that other 20% in a few weeks... then be able to break that plateau to get to 150% then drop another 20.
it should be planned and judged over a few years, not just one course.
