Gyms going good. Will post up routine soon as ive spent the new year just turning up and doing w/e for each body-part day but now I'm in full motion of gym.
Also I've noticed when I'm hitting the gym hard every 5 days a week, I eat way healthier and generally take care of my appearance more too. Whilst when I miss a few days and end up doing say 2 or 3 my grooming, eating and training intensity go way down.
Was hard balancing all the work I'm doing - I'm involved in like producing 5 short films simultaneously whilst at the club more, saturday sarge etc. Now my reading has gone down haha, hard to fit them all in as I'm such a lazy shit.
In best shape of my life though! Is it gay to post pics?
