I think that I would have passed out if I spoke to Joss Stone, she's evidently a pretentious bore but anyone that can sing like her is definitely worth talking to in my books!

You've got a good point though, I got chatting to Sienna Miller in Camden last year (granted, I didn't know it was her at the time but hey) and she was just the same, but actually had a decent sense of humour. Some can take the fame but a lot of people let it get to their heads, look at Adele for example, she's hardly a stunner, but she's gotten famous because of her talent, and it's gone to her head.

It's all ego, celebrities are still the scared, shallow people they were beforehand, you just need to know how to relate to them, same as any other person.

What's Adele done exactly that makes you say that? Not saying your wrong but I'm just curious/uninformed?

She's demanding ridiculous things on her tour rider, apparently being a bit of a diva when it comes to her dressing room... Like "European beer", cigarettes and chocolate in individual wrappers. Lost a lot of respect for her reading it to be honest!

On a side note, a friend ran soundchecks for Katy B in Sheffield, she demanded that none of the staff talk to her before or after the show.

Divas, man, this is why you don't give women power

She turned around, I give it the big smile and continue to introduce to my bewildered mates. We start chatting about her night, what's the best cocktail and I ask the question "why haven't we heard any albums recently?"

Turns out about 3 months ago she'd released 1... My friends look at eachother with and expression that says "Awkward". Unperturbed I carry on for a couple more minutes then make my excuses and carry on with my night.

Now before I continue, there was no chance of anything more than a chat on the cards, I definitely did not chat up Joss Stone and there was no closing of any kind etc.

The thing was, she behaved exactly like all of the other girls I chat-up/pick-up/talk to/attract/whatever-the-kids-call-it. I was able to lead her, be interesting, have a good conversation and furthermore she was boring! I'm sure she has to have conversations over and over with "fans" but she just lacked a sense of humour.

So after meeting an "attractive" and "famous" HB8.5 I can honestly say the nearly all women are the same. I need somebody to interest me...
mama stone's?!
like a jazz bar?

Blokes can be divas too. Doesn't sound any more stupid/OTT than the sort of shit Jacko or Jim Morrison or Axel Rose or Freddie Mercury are reported to have demanded on tour...

Lol I heard that rumour too

Fair play though, I guess everyone can be diva-ish when it gets to their heads... Mercury was actually crazy shy off-stage though so he never pulled stuff like that
